🍰 Peach Coconut Cake

Ingredients
- butter 125 g
- eggs 2 pcs
- sugar 150 g
- vanilla sugar 2 tsp
- wheat flour, type 405 250 g
- baking powder 2 tsp
- coconut flakes 100 g
- salt pinch
- milk 100 ml
- yogurt, plain 150 g
- peaches from the can 450 g
- powdered sugar 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat). Beat the soft butter in a bowl with a hand mixer until frothy. Add the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar one by one and mix everything well.
- 2. Add the flour, baking powder, coconut flakes, salt, milk, and yogurt to the bowl and mix until you have a smooth dough. Pour the dough into a greased springform pan.
- 3. Drain the peaches in a sieve. Place the peach halves with the rounded side facing up on the cake, press them in slightly, and bake the whole thing in the oven for about 40 minutes.
- 4. Take the peach coconut cake out of the oven, let it cool, and serve it dusted with some powdered sugar. Enjoy your meal!
