  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat). Beat the soft butter in a bowl with a hand mixer until frothy. Add the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar one by one and mix everything well.
  2. 2. Add the flour, baking powder, coconut flakes, salt, milk, and yogurt to the bowl and mix until you have a smooth dough. Pour the dough into a greased springform pan.
  3. 3. Drain the peaches in a sieve. Place the peach halves with the rounded side facing up on the cake, press them in slightly, and bake the whole thing in the oven for about 40 minutes.
  4. 4. Take the peach coconut cake out of the oven, let it cool, and serve it dusted with some powdered sugar. Enjoy your meal!
