🍰 Fruity Peach Yogurt Popsicles

Ingredients
- peach from can 470 g
- vanilla sugar 20 g
- yogurt, plain 150 g
- whipping cream 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Open the can of peaches and drain the syrup using a sieve.
- 2. Take three peach halves and dice them into small cubes.
- 3. Place the remaining peach halves into a tall blending cup.
- 4. Add the vanilla sugar to the peaches in the cup.
- 5. Blend the peaches and sugar into a smooth puree.
- 6. Stir the yogurt into the peach puree mixture.
- 7. Pour the cream into a separate, clean bowl.
- 8. Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks using a mixer or whisk.
- 9. Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture.
- 10. Mix the diced peaches evenly into the creamy mass.
- 11. Fill the popsicle mold cups with about 150 milliliters of the mixture each.
- 12. Insert a metal spoon into each filled mold.
- 13. Place the molds in the freezer for at least four hours.
- 14. Dip the filled molds briefly into a glass of hot water.
- 15. Gently pull the popsicles out of the molds.
- 16. Enjoy the popsicles on a warm day.
