  1. 1. Bring about 5 liters of salted water to a boil in a large pot.
  2. 2. Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook for about 9 minutes until al dente (firm to the bite).
  3. 3. Clean the chanterelles thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
  4. 4. Halve the onion and peel it.
  5. 5. Dice the onion finely.
  6. 6. Wash the parsley and shake off the excess water.
  7. 7. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
  8. 8. Chop the parsley leaves finely.
  9. 9. Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
  10. 10. Sauté the chanterelles for about 5 minutes.
  11. 11. Add the diced onions to the pan.
  12. 12. Cook the onions for another 3 minutes.
  13. 13. Stir the crème fraîche into the pan.
  14. 14. Bring the sauce to a boil.
  15. 15. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  16. 16. Drain the cooked spaghetti.
  17. 17. Mix the spaghetti with the chanterelle sauce.
  18. 18. Sprinkle the dish with the chopped parsley.
  19. 19. Serve the pasta immediately.
