🍝 Chanterelle Cream Pasta

Ingredients
- Salt Pinch
- Spaghetti 500 g
- Chanterelles 400 g
- Onions, yellow 1 pc
- Parsley, fresh 10 g
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Crème fraîche 300 g
- Pepper, black ground Pinch
Instructions
- 1. Bring about 5 liters of salted water to a boil in a large pot.
- 2. Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook for about 9 minutes until al dente (firm to the bite).
- 3. Clean the chanterelles thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Halve the onion and peel it.
- 5. Dice the onion finely.
- 6. Wash the parsley and shake off the excess water.
- 7. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
- 8. Chop the parsley leaves finely.
- 9. Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
- 10. Sauté the chanterelles for about 5 minutes.
- 11. Add the diced onions to the pan.
- 12. Cook the onions for another 3 minutes.
- 13. Stir the crème fraîche into the pan.
- 14. Bring the sauce to a boil.
- 15. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- 16. Drain the cooked spaghetti.
- 17. Mix the spaghetti with the chanterelle sauce.
- 18. Sprinkle the dish with the chopped parsley.
- 19. Serve the pasta immediately.
