🍳 Chanterelle Cheese Omelette

Ingredients
- chanterelles 400 g
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- parsley, fresh 1 bunch
- mozzarella 125 g
- eggs 8 pcs.
- milk 100 ml
- salt 0.25 tsp
- pepper, black ground 0.25 tsp
- butter 30 g
Instructions
- 1. Clean the chanterelles with a kitchen towel if necessary.
- 2. Halve the onion, peel it, and cut it into small cubes.
- 3. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, and separate the leaves from the stems.
- 4. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
- 5. Drain the mozzarella in a sieve.
- 6. Cut the mozzarella into pieces about 2 cm in size.
- 7. Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
- 8. Pour the milk into the eggs.
- 9. Season the egg mixture with salt and pepper.
- 10. Heat the butter in a frying pan over high heat.
- 11. Fry the onions and chanterelles together for about 3 minutes.
- 12. Pour the egg mixture into the pan with the chanterelles.
- 13. Cook the omelette over low heat for about 5 minutes.
- 14. Distribute the mozzarella pieces over the omelette.
- 15. Cover the pan and let the omelette cook for another 7 minutes.
- 16. Cut the finished omelette into portions.
- 17. Plate the omelette on a dish.
- 18. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the omelette.
