🍰 Fluffy Pancakes with Nut Nougat Cream and Fresh Strawberries

Ingredients
- Strawberries 400 g
- Eggs 4 pcs
- Wheat flour, Type 405 200 g
- Sugar 4 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Milk 300 ml
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Nut Nougat Cream 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the strawberries in a sieve under cold water.
- 2. Remove the green leaves from the strawberries.
- 3. Cut the strawberries in half or into quarters.
- 4. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.
- 5. Add flour, sugar, and salt to the eggs.
- 6. Mix the ingredients well together.
- 7. Pour the milk into the mixture gradually.
- 8. Stir with a whisk until the batter is smooth.
- 9. Ensure the batter remains slightly thick.
- 10. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 11. Pour one ladle of batter into the hot pan.
- 12. Tilt the pan to spread the batter thinly.
- 13. Bake the pancake for about 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
- 14. Flip the pancake once it starts to release from the pan bottom.
- 15. Bake the other side for approx. 30 seconds.
- 16. Spread the finished pancakes with nut nougat cream.
- 17. Place the prepared strawberries on the pancakes.
- 18. Serve the dish immediately and enjoy.
