  2. 2. Remove the green leaves from the strawberries.
  3. 3. Cut the strawberries in half or into quarters.
  4. 4. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.
  5. 5. Add flour, sugar, and salt to the eggs.
  6. 6. Mix the ingredients well together.
  7. 7. Pour the milk into the mixture gradually.
  8. 8. Stir with a whisk until the batter is smooth.
  9. 9. Ensure the batter remains slightly thick.
  10. 10. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  11. 11. Pour one ladle of batter into the hot pan.
  12. 12. Tilt the pan to spread the batter thinly.
  13. 13. Bake the pancake for about 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
  14. 14. Flip the pancake once it starts to release from the pan bottom.
  15. 15. Bake the other side for approx. 30 seconds.
  16. 16. Spread the finished pancakes with nut nougat cream.
  17. 17. Place the prepared strawberries on the pancakes.
  18. 18. Serve the dish immediately and enjoy.
