  1. 1. Put eggs, vanilla sugar, and sugar into a bowl.
  2. 2. Whip the mixture until creamy using a hand mixer with beaters.
  3. 3. Add 2 tablespoons of oil, milk, flour, and baking powder.
  4. 4. Stir everything thoroughly until you have a smooth batter.
  5. 5. Transfer the batter into a piping bag or a squeeze bottle.
  6. 6. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  7. 7. Pipe the batter into the hot pan in thin, circular spirals.
  8. 8. Fry the spirals for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
  9. 9. Carefully flip the spirals and fry for another 1 minute.
  10. 10. Repeat the process with the remaining oil and batter.
  11. 11. Place the finished batter spaghetti onto a plate.
  12. 12. Dust them with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
