Ingredients
- eggs 2 pcs.
- vanilla sugar 2 tsp
- sugar 20 g
- oil 5 tbsp
- milk 200 ml
- wheat flour, Type 405 200 g
- baking powder 0.5 tsp
- powdered sugar 4 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Put eggs, vanilla sugar, and sugar into a bowl.
- 2. Whip the mixture until creamy using a hand mixer with beaters.
- 3. Add 2 tablespoons of oil, milk, flour, and baking powder.
- 4. Stir everything thoroughly until you have a smooth batter.
- 5. Transfer the batter into a piping bag or a squeeze bottle.
- 6. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 7. Pipe the batter into the hot pan in thin, circular spirals.
- 8. Fry the spirals for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
- 9. Carefully flip the spirals and fry for another 1 minute.
- 10. Repeat the process with the remaining oil and batter.
- 11. Place the finished batter spaghetti onto a plate.
- 12. Dust them with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
