🍳 Fruity Pancake Skewers

Ingredients
- Strawberries 150 g
- Blueberries, fresh 100 g
- Pancakes 4 pcs.
- Apricot jam 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the berries thoroughly. Remove any green stems or leaves.
- 2. Place a frying pan over medium heat.
- 3. Place the pancakes in the pan. Warm them for about 2 minutes on each side.
- 4. Remove the pancakes from the pan. Spread each pancake thinly with one tablespoon of apricot jam.
- 5. Roll the jammed pancakes up tightly.
- 6. Cut the pancake rolls into pieces about 3 centimeters wide.
- 7. Take a skewer. Alternate threading berries and pancake pieces onto the skewer.
- 8. Pack the skewers airtight if you want to take them as a lunchbox snack. Otherwise, serve them immediately.
