  1. 1. Wash the berries thoroughly. Remove any green stems or leaves.
  2. 2. Place a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Place the pancakes in the pan. Warm them for about 2 minutes on each side.
  4. 4. Remove the pancakes from the pan. Spread each pancake thinly with one tablespoon of apricot jam.
  5. 5. Roll the jammed pancakes up tightly.
  6. 6. Cut the pancake rolls into pieces about 3 centimeters wide.
  7. 7. Take a skewer. Alternate threading berries and pancake pieces onto the skewer.
  8. 8. Pack the skewers airtight if you want to take them as a lunchbox snack. Otherwise, serve them immediately.
