🍳 Classic Pancakes with Powdered Sugar

Ingredients
- Eggs 4 pcs.
- Wheat flour, Type 405 200 g
- Salt pinch
- Sugar 50 g
- Milk 300 ml
- Oil 6 tbsp
- Powdered sugar 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Beat the eggs in a large bowl.
- 2. Add the flour, salt, and sugar, and mix everything well.
- 3. Pour in the milk gradually.
- 4. Whisk until the batter is smooth and slightly thick.
- 5. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- 6. Pour one ladle of batter into the hot pan.
- 7. Tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly.
- 8. Cook the pancake for about 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
- 9. Carefully flip the pancake.
- 10. Cook the other side for another 30 seconds.
- 11. Remove the finished pancake from the pan.
- 12. Repeat the process until all the batter is used.
- 13. Sprinkle the pancakes with powdered sugar.
- 14. Serve the pancakes immediately.
