  5. 5. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  6. 6. Pour one ladle of batter into the hot pan.
  7. 7. Tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly.
  8. 8. Cook the pancake for about 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
  9. 9. Carefully flip the pancake.
  10. 10. Cook the other side for another 30 seconds.
  11. 11. Remove the finished pancake from the pan.
  12. 12. Repeat the process until all the batter is used.
  13. 13. Sprinkle the pancakes with powdered sugar.
  14. 14. Serve the pancakes immediately.
