🍰 Fluffy Pancakes with Hazelnut Cream Filling

Ingredients
- Eggs 4 pcs.
- Wheat flour, Type 405 200 g
- Sugar 4 tbsp.
- Salt pinch
- Milk 300 ml
- Oil 8 tbsp.
- Nut-nougat cream 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the eggs in a large bowl.
- 2. Add the flour, sugar, and salt, and mix everything well.
- 3. Gradually stir in the milk.
- 4. Keep stirring until you have a smooth and slightly thick batter.
- 5. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- 6. Pour a ladle of batter into the hot pan.
- 7. Tilt the pan to spread the batter thinly.
- 8. Cook the pancake for about 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
- 9. Flip the pancake once it releases from the bottom of the pan.
- 10. Cook the other side for about 30 seconds until golden.
- 11. Spread the finished pancakes with the hazelnut cream.
- 12. Serve the pancakes immediately and enjoy your meal!
