🍳 Fluffy Pancakes with Jam and Powdered Sugar

Ingredients
- Eggs 4 pcs.
- Wheat flour, Type 405 200 g
- Salt pinch
- Milk 300 ml
- Oil 8 tbsp
- Raspberry jam 8 tbsp
- Powdered sugar 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Beat the eggs in a large bowl.
- 2. Add the flour and salt, then mix everything well.
- 3. Pour in the milk gradually.
- 4. Stir until the batter is smooth and slightly thick.
- 5. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 6. Pour a ladle of batter into the hot pan.
- 7. Tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly.
- 8. Cook the pancake for about one to two minutes until golden brown.
- 9. Carefully flip the pancake once it releases from the bottom.
- 10. Cook the other side for about thirty seconds.
- 11. Remove the finished pancake from the pan.
- 12. Repeat the steps with the remaining batter.
- 13. Place the pancakes on the plates.
- 14. Spread them with jam as desired.
- 15. Sprinkle powdered sugar over them.
- 16. Serve the pancakes immediately.
