Ingredients
- Eggs 2 pcs.
- Sugar 2 tbsp.
- Oil 4 tbsp.
- Milk 750 ml
- Wheat flour, Type 405 400 g
- Baking powder 1 tsp.
- Sour cherry jam 150 g
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Then add 2 tablespoons of oil, milk, flour, and baking powder, and mix everything until well combined.
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry each ladle of batter for about 1 minute until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve the pancakes on plates, spread with cherry jam, and enjoy.
