Ingredients
- Eggs 2 pcs.
- Milk 350 ml
- Oil 5 tbsp
- Salt 1 pinch
- Wheat flour, Type 405 200 g
- sour cream 100 g
- cooked ham 200 g
- Gouda, grated 150 g
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, 2 tablespoons oil, and salt well. Add the flour and stir everything into a smooth batter.
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the pancakes one by one until thin. Spread the finished pancakes with sour cream, place the cooked ham on top, and sprinkle with Gouda. Then roll them up and serve. Enjoy your meal!
