🍳 Pancakes with Honey

Ingredients
- Eggs 4 pcs
- Wheat flour, Type 405 200 g
- Salt pinch
- Milk 300 ml
- Oil 8 tbsp
- Honey 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the eggs vigorously in a bowl using a fork or a whisk.
- 2. Add the flour and a pinch of salt to the eggs and mix the ingredients roughly together.
- 3. Pour the milk into the bowl gradually while stirring continuously.
- 4. Keep stirring until the batter is smooth and slightly thick.
- 5. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 6. Pour a ladle of batter into the hot pan.
- 7. Tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly across the bottom.
- 8. Cook the pancake for about one to two minutes until it is golden brown.
- 9. Carefully flip the pancake when it starts to release easily from the pan bottom.
- 10. Cook the other side for another thirty seconds until golden brown.
- 11. Remove the finished pancake from the pan and set it aside.
- 12. Repeat the process until all the batter has been used.
- 13. Place the pancakes onto plates.
- 14. Drizzle the pancakes with honey and serve them.
