  6. 6. Pour a ladle of batter into the hot pan.
  7. 7. Tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly.
  8. 8. Cook the pancake for about 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
  9. 9. Carefully flip the pancake when it firms up and releases from the bottom.
  10. 10. Cook the other side for about 30 seconds until golden.
  11. 11. Set the finished pancakes aside.
  12. 12. Repeat the process until all the batter is used.
  13. 13. Arrange the pancakes on plates.
  14. 14. Spread them with jam as desired.
