🍳 Blueberry Jam Pancakes

Ingredients
- Eggs 4 pcs.
- Wheat flour, Type 405 200 g
- Salt pinch
- Milk 300 ml
- Oil 8 tbsp
- Blueberry jam 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
- 2. Add flour and salt and mix everything well.
- 3. Pour in the milk gradually.
- 4. Stir with a whisk until the batter is smooth and slightly thick.
- 5. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- 6. Pour a ladle of batter into the hot pan.
- 7. Tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly.
- 8. Cook the pancake for about 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
- 9. Carefully flip the pancake when it firms up and releases from the bottom.
- 10. Cook the other side for about 30 seconds until golden.
- 11. Set the finished pancakes aside.
- 12. Repeat the process until all the batter is used.
- 13. Arrange the pancakes on plates.
- 14. Spread them with jam as desired.
- 15. Serve the pancakes and enjoy your meal!
