🍳 Cream Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients
- Eggs 4 pcs.
- Wheat flour, Type 405 200 g
- Salt pinch
- Milk 300 ml
- Oil 8 tbsp
- Cream cheese, grainy 200 g
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
- 2. Add flour and salt and mix well.
- 3. Pour the milk into the mixture gradually.
- 4. Stir with a whisk until the batter is smooth and slightly thick.
- 5. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 6. Pour one ladle of batter into the hot pan.
- 7. Tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly.
- 8. Bake the pancake for about 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
- 9. Carefully flip the pancake.
- 10. Bake the other side for about 30 seconds.
- 11. Place the finished pancake on a plate.
- 12. Repeat the process until all the batter is used.
- 13. Spread the pancakes with crumbly cream cheese as desired.
- 14. Season them with salt and pepper.
- 15. Enjoy your meal!
