🍳 Strawberry Jam Pancakes

Ingredients
- Eggs 4 pcs.
- Wheat flour, Type 405 200 g
- Salt pinch
- Milk 300 ml
- Oil 8 tbsp
- Strawberry jam 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
- 2. Add the flour and the salt.
- 3. Mix the ingredients well together.
- 4. Stir in the milk gradually.
- 5. Keep stirring until a smooth and slightly thick mixture forms.
- 6. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 7. Pour a ladle of batter into the hot pan.
- 8. Tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly.
- 9. Cook the pancake for about 1 to 2 minutes.
- 10. Flip the pancake once it is golden brown and releases from the bottom.
- 11. Cook the other side for another 30 seconds until golden brown.
- 12. Set the finished pancake aside.
- 13. Repeat the process until all the batter is used up.
- 14. Place the pancakes on the plates.
- 15. Spread the pancakes with jam as desired.
- 16. Enjoy your meal!
