  7. 7. Pour a ladle of batter into the hot pan.
  8. 8. Tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly.
  9. 9. Cook the pancake for about 1 to 2 minutes.
  10. 10. Flip the pancake once it is golden brown and releases from the bottom.
  11. 11. Cook the other side for another 30 seconds until golden brown.
  12. 12. Set the finished pancake aside.
  13. 13. Repeat the process until all the batter is used up.
  14. 14. Place the pancakes on the plates.
  15. 15. Spread the pancakes with jam as desired.
