🍰 Strawberry Pancakes

Ingredients
- Eggs 4 pcs.
- Wheat flour, Type 405 200 g
- Salt pinch
- Milk 300 ml
- Oil 10 tbsp.
- Strawberries 500 g
- Icing sugar 1 tsp.
Instructions
- 1. Beat the eggs vigorously in a bowl using a fork or a whisk.
- 2. Add the flour and salt to the eggs and mix the ingredients together roughly.
- 3. Pour the milk slowly and gradually into the bowl.
- 4. Stir the batter with a whisk until it is completely smooth and slightly thick.
- 5. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 6. Pour one ladle of batter into the hot pan.
- 7. Tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly across the bottom.
- 8. Cook the pancake for one to two minutes until it is golden brown and firm.
- 9. Carefully flip the pancake using a spatula.
- 10. Cook the second side for about thirty seconds until golden brown.
- 11. Remove the finished pancake from the pan and set it aside.
- 12. Repeat the process until all the batter has been used.
- 13. Rinse the strawberries thoroughly under running water.
- 14. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
- 15. Slice the strawberries into thin pieces.
- 16. Place the strawberry pieces into a bowl.
- 17. Sprinkle the strawberries with powdered sugar and mix them well.
- 18. Let the sweetened strawberries marinate for a while.
- 19. Arrange the pancakes on the plates.
- 20. Add the marinated strawberries as a topping on the pancakes.
- 21. Serve the dish immediately and enjoy it.
