  4. 4. Stir the batter with a whisk until it is completely smooth and slightly thick.
  5. 5. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  6. 6. Pour one ladle of batter into the hot pan.
  7. 7. Tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly across the bottom.
  8. 8. Cook the pancake for one to two minutes until it is golden brown and firm.
  9. 9. Carefully flip the pancake using a spatula.
  10. 10. Cook the second side for about thirty seconds until golden brown.
  11. 11. Remove the finished pancake from the pan and set it aside.
  12. 12. Repeat the process until all the batter has been used.
  13. 13. Rinse the strawberries thoroughly under running water.
  14. 14. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
  15. 15. Slice the strawberries into thin pieces.
  16. 16. Place the strawberry pieces into a bowl.
  17. 17. Sprinkle the strawberries with powdered sugar and mix them well.
  18. 18. Let the sweetened strawberries marinate for a while.
