🍰 Crispy Apple Pancakes

Ingredients
- Eggs 4 pcs.
- Wheat flour, Type 405 200 g
- Salt pinch
- Milk 300 ml
- Apples, red 2 pcs.
- Oil 6 tbsp.
- Cinnamon pinch
- Sugar pinch
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the eggs in a large bowl.
- 2. Add the flour and salt and mix everything well.
- 3. Gradually stir in the milk.
- 4. Keep stirring until a smooth and slightly thick batter forms.
- 5. Wash the apples thoroughly under running water.
- 6. Quarter the apples and remove the core.
- 7. Slice the apple pieces into very thin wedges.
- 8. Gently fold the apple wedges into the batter.
- 9. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 10. Pour one ladle of the batter with the apple pieces into the hot pan.
- 11. Tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly.
- 12. Make sure the apple slices in the pan do not overlap.
- 13. Cook the pancake for about one to two minutes until golden brown.
- 14. Flip the pancake once it is firm and releases from the bottom.
- 15. Cook the other side for about one minute until golden brown as well.
- 16. Remove the finished pancake from the pan and place it on a plate.
- 17. Repeat the process until all the batter is used up.
- 18. Sprinkle the finished pancakes with cinnamon and sugar.
- 19. Arrange the pancakes on plates and serve them.
