  1. 1. Whisk the eggs in a large bowl.
  2. 2. Add the flour and salt and mix everything well.
  3. 3. Gradually stir in the milk.
  4. 4. Keep stirring until a smooth and slightly thick batter forms.
  5. 5. Wash the apples thoroughly under running water.
  6. 6. Quarter the apples and remove the core.
  7. 7. Slice the apple pieces into very thin wedges.
  8. 8. Gently fold the apple wedges into the batter.
  9. 9. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  10. 10. Pour one ladle of the batter with the apple pieces into the hot pan.
  11. 11. Tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly.
  12. 12. Make sure the apple slices in the pan do not overlap.
  13. 13. Cook the pancake for about one to two minutes until golden brown.
  14. 14. Flip the pancake once it is firm and releases from the bottom.
  15. 15. Cook the other side for about one minute until golden brown as well.
  16. 16. Remove the finished pancake from the pan and place it on a plate.
  17. 17. Repeat the process until all the batter is used up.
  18. 18. Sprinkle the finished pancakes with cinnamon and sugar.
  19. 19. Arrange the pancakes on plates and serve them.
