  6. 6. Add one tablespoon of oil to the hot pan.
  7. 7. Ladle a scoop of batter into the pan.
  8. 8. Tilt the pan slightly to spread the batter evenly.
  9. 9. Cook the pancake for about one to two minutes.
  10. 10. Flip the pancake once it becomes firm and starts to release from the bottom.
  11. 11. Cook the second side for about one minute until golden brown.
  12. 12. Remove the finished pancake from the pan and set it aside.
  13. 13. Repeat the steps with the remaining batter until it is all used up.
