Ingredients
- Eggs 3 pcs.
- Milk 200 ml
- Salt pinch
- Wheat flour, Type 405 250 g
- Oil 6 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Put the eggs, milk, and salt into a large bowl.
- 2. Whisk the ingredients together until they are well combined.
- 3. Sift the flour over the liquid.
- 4. Stir the batter until it is smooth and creamy.
- 5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 6. Add one tablespoon of oil to the hot pan.
- 7. Ladle a scoop of batter into the pan.
- 8. Tilt the pan slightly to spread the batter evenly.
- 9. Cook the pancake for about one to two minutes.
- 10. Flip the pancake once it becomes firm and starts to release from the bottom.
- 11. Cook the second side for about one minute until golden brown.
- 12. Remove the finished pancake from the pan and set it aside.
- 13. Repeat the steps with the remaining batter until it is all used up.
