🍕 Skillet Pizza Margarita

Ingredients
- pizza dough with tomato sauce 2 pcs
- olive oil 1 tbsp
- mozzarella 2 pcs
- basil, fresh 15 g
Instructions
- 1. Roll out the pizza dough flat.
- 2. Divide the dough into two equal pieces.
- 3. Shape each piece into a ball.
- 4. Press the dough balls flat with your hands to form round pizzas.
- 5. Slice the mozzarella cheese.
- 6. Wash the basil leaves under running water.
- 7. Dry the basil leaves thoroughly.
- 8. Gently pluck the leaves off the tough stems.
- 9. Heat a pan on a grill or camping stove on high heat.
- 10. Add a little oil to the hot pan.
- 11. Place the first dough pieces into the pan.
- 12. Bake the dough on the first side for about five minutes.
- 13. Flip the dough pieces and bake them on the other side for another five minutes.
- 14. Top the pre-baked pizzas with tomato sauce.
- 15. Distribute the mozzarella slices evenly on top.
- 16. Bake the topped pizzas for another two minutes in the pan.
- 17. Sprinkle the finished pizza with the fresh basil leaves.
- 18. Serve the pizza immediately while hot.
