🍳 Pesto Sandwiches with Olives and Mozzarella

Ingredients
- vine tomatoes 2 pcs.
- mozzarella 2 pcs.
- olives, green 10 pcs.
- olives, black 10 pcs.
- basil, fresh 10 g
- toast bread 8 slices
- pesto alla Genovese 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 240 °C (convection). Wash the tomatoes and slice them thinly. Drain the mozzarella and olives and slice them as well. Wash the basil, shake it dry, pluck the leaves from the stems and chop them finely.
- 2. Toast the toast bread as desired and spread it with pesto. Top with olives, tomatoes and basil. Distribute the mozzarella on top and bake the sandwiches in the oven for about 4 minutes, until the cheese melts and turns lightly golden brown. Serve them on plates. Enjoy your meal!
