Ingredients
- Pork loin cutlets 600 g
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Pesto alla Genovese 4 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the turkey thoroughly and pat it dry with paper towels. Then season both sides with salt and pepper and spread pesto on it.
- 2. Grill the pesto turkey on the preheated grill for about 3 minutes on each side.
Enjoy your meal!
Tip: Alternatively, you can cook the turkey in a pan.
