Instructions
- 1. Wash the peperoni thoroughly.
- 2. Slice the peperoni into thin strips.
- 3. Keep the seeds and continue slicing the vegetable into thin strips.
- 4. Place the sliced peperoni into a jar with a screw-top lid or a bottle.
- 5. Heat the oil in a pot on high heat.
- 6. Pour the hot oil directly over the peperoni in the jar.
- 7. Allow the oil and peperoni to cool down completely.
- 8. Seal the peperoni oil tightly.
