  1. 1. Rinse the turkey breast fillets under running water and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Cut the turkey meat into small cubes.
  3. 3. Wash the lemon thoroughly under hot water.
  4. 4. Grate about one teaspoon of lemon zest.
  5. 5. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice.
  6. 6. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  7. 7. Rinse the parsley and dry it.
  8. 8. Remove the parsley leaves from the stems.
  9. 9. Cut the parsley leaves into small pieces.
  10. 10. Put the parsley, garlic, lemon zest, and two tablespoons of lemon juice into a bowl.
  11. 11. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Mix the ingredients in the bowl well.
  13. 13. Put the turkey cubes into a separate bowl.
  14. 14. Coat the turkey pieces with half of the marinade.
  15. 15. Bring about five liters of salted water to a boil in a pot.
  16. 16. Cover the pot with a lid.
  17. 17. Grate the bread roughly or cut it into small cubes.
  18. 18. Put the bread into a bowl.
  19. 19. Mix the bread with the remaining marinade.
  20. 20. Season the bread with salt and pepper.
  21. 21. Rinse the tomatoes.
  22. 22. Cook the pasta in the boiling salted water for about ten minutes.
  23. 23. Cook the pasta al dente (firm to the bite).
  24. 24. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  25. 25. Fry the turkey cubes all around for about five to six minutes.
  26. 26. Add the tomatoes to the turkey in the pan.
  27. 27. Cover the pan.
  28. 28. Cook the tomatoes for another six to seven minutes.
  29. 29. Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper.
  30. 30. Drain the pasta in a colander.
  31. 31. Return the pasta to the pot.
  32. 32. Fold in the bread with the pasta.
  33. 33. Fold in the sautéed turkey with the pasta.
  34. 34. Mix everything well together.
  35. 35. Plate the salad.
