🍽️ Pelmeni with Yogurt-Vegetables

Ingredients
- Salt pinch
- Pelmeni with pork filling 1000 g
- Dill, fresh 15 g
- Cucumbers 1 pc.
- Radishes 1 bunch
- Yogurt, plain 400 g
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Bring about 1 liter of salted water to a boil in a pot.
- 2. Add the pelmeni to the boiling water.
- 3. Cook the pelmeni for about 8 minutes.
- 4. Wash the dill while the pelmeni are cooking.
- 5. Dry the dill.
- 6. Finely chop the dill.
- 7. Rinse the cucumber and radishes.
- 8. Cut off the ends of the cucumber and radishes.
- 9. Slice the cucumber and radishes thinly or grate them.
- 10. Mix the yogurt with 5 tablespoons of cold water in a bowl.
- 11. Stir half of the chopped dill into the yogurt mixture.
- 12. Add the cucumber and radish slices or sticks gradually.
- 13. Season the yogurt-vegetable mixture generously with salt and pepper.
- 14. Drain the cooked pelmeni in a colander.
- 15. Serve the hot pelmeni in deep plates.
- 16. Distribute the yogurt-vegetable mixture over the pelmeni.
- 17. Sprinkle the remaining fresh dill over the pelmeni.
- 18. Serve the dish.
