  2. 2. Place the raspberries in a pot along with vanilla sugar, regular sugar, and water.
  3. 3. Heat the mixture over medium heat until it boils.
  4. 4. Let the syrup simmer gently for about 3 minutes.
  5. 5. Puree the hot raspberry syrup finely with a blender.
  6. 6. Strain the puree through a fine sieve to remove seeds and fibers.
  7. 7. Let the syrup cool down and then place it in the refrigerator.
  8. 8. Wash the peaches thoroughly under running water.
  9. 9. Pit one half of a peach and slice the flesh into thin wedges.
  10. 10. Pour boiling water over the remaining peaches and let them sit for a short moment.
  11. 11. Drain the hot water and immediately shock the peaches under cold water.
  12. 12. Peel the skin off the peaches.
  13. 13. Separate the flesh from the remaining pits.
  14. 14. Puree the peach flesh finely in a tall container.
  15. 15. Mix the peach puree with the cooled raspberry syrup in a bowl.
  16. 16. Distribute the mixture evenly among several glasses.
  17. 17. Fill the glasses with cold mineral water.
  18. 18. Garnish the lemonade with the prepared peach wedges.
