🥤 Refreshing Peach Raspberry Lemonade

Ingredients
- Raspberries, fresh 400 g
- Vanilla sugar 2 tsp
- sugar 100 g
- water 200 ml
- peaches 4 pcs.
- mineral water, classic 800 ml
Instructions
- 1. Wash the raspberries thoroughly and let them drain well.
- 2. Place the raspberries in a pot along with vanilla sugar, regular sugar, and water.
- 3. Heat the mixture over medium heat until it boils.
- 4. Let the syrup simmer gently for about 3 minutes.
- 5. Puree the hot raspberry syrup finely with a blender.
- 6. Strain the puree through a fine sieve to remove seeds and fibers.
- 7. Let the syrup cool down and then place it in the refrigerator.
- 8. Wash the peaches thoroughly under running water.
- 9. Pit one half of a peach and slice the flesh into thin wedges.
- 10. Pour boiling water over the remaining peaches and let them sit for a short moment.
- 11. Drain the hot water and immediately shock the peaches under cold water.
- 12. Peel the skin off the peaches.
- 13. Separate the flesh from the remaining pits.
- 14. Puree the peach flesh finely in a tall container.
- 15. Mix the peach puree with the cooled raspberry syrup in a bowl.
- 16. Distribute the mixture evenly among several glasses.
- 17. Fill the glasses with cold mineral water.
- 18. Garnish the lemonade with the prepared peach wedges.
- 19. Enjoy the refreshing drink immediately.
