🍝 Creamy Tuna Pasta

Ingredients
- Parmesan 50 g
- Parsley, fresh 0.5 bunch
- Onions, yellow 80 g
- Garlic cloves 1 pc.
- Tuna in oil 185 g
- Capers 4 tsp
- Penne Rigate 500 g
- Salt 0.5 tsp
- Heavy cream 100 ml
- Tomatoes, chopped 400 g
- Oregano, dried 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Pepper, black ground 0.25 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Place large pieces of Parmesan into the mixing container.
- 2. Insert the measuring cup and blend the cheese for 10 seconds on speed 10.
- 3. Pour the ground Parmesan into a separate bowl.
- 4. Wash the parsley and pat it dry.
- 5. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 6. Put the parsley leaves into the mixing container.
- 7. Chop the herbs for 8 seconds on speed 6.
- 8. Pour the parsley into the bowl with the Parmesan.
- 9. Rinse the mixing container thoroughly.
- 10. Peel the onion and cut it in half.
- 11. Peel the garlic clove.
- 12. Place the onion and garlic into the mixing container.
- 13. Insert the measuring cup.
- 14. Chop the ingredients for 1 second using the Turbo button.
- 15. Push the pieces down from the sides using a spatula.
- 16. Add the drained tuna to the container.
- 17. Chop the fish for 1 second using the Turbo button.
- 18. Push the fish pieces down with the spatula.
- 19. Add the drained capers.
- 20. Remove the measuring cup.
- 21. Fry the mixture for 2 minutes at 100 degrees using the frying button.
- 22. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions.
- 23. Add the cold cream to the sauce.
- 24. Add the chopped tomatoes.
- 25. Sprinkle oregano over the mixture.
- 26. Add the lemon juice.
- 27. Add ½ teaspoon of salt.
- 28. Add ¼ teaspoon of pepper.
- 29. Insert the measuring cup.
- 30. Cook the sauce for 10 minutes on speed 1 at 100 degrees in reverse mode.
- 31. Taste the sauce again and adjust with salt and pepper.
- 32. Stir everything for 20 seconds on speed 1 in reverse mode.
- 33. Drain the penne pasta.
- 34. Serve the pasta with the tuna sauce.
- 35. Sprinkle the pasta with the Parmesan.
- 36. Sprinkle the pasta with the parsley.
