Ingredients
- Salt pinch
- Fusilli 500 g
- Parmesan 150 g
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Oregano, dried 1 tsp
- Pepper, sweet 0.25 tsp
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Garlic, granulated 0.25 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Bring about 5 liters of water with salt to a boil in a pot.
- 3. Cook the fusilli pasta for about 9 minutes al dente (firm to the bite) in the salted water.
- 4. Drain the pasta in a colander and let it drip dry for a moment.
- 5. Grate the Parmesan cheese finely.
- 6. Mix the warm pasta thoroughly in a bowl with the grated Parmesan, olive oil, and your spices.
- 7. Place the seasoned pasta on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 8. Spread the pasta out so that they do not touch each other as much as possible.
- 9. Bake the pasta chips for about 25 minutes in the oven until they are crispy.
- 10. Let the chips cool down briefly before serving them.
