  2. 2. Bring about 5 liters of water with salt to a boil in a pot.
  3. 3. Cook the fusilli pasta for about 9 minutes al dente (firm to the bite) in the salted water.
  4. 4. Drain the pasta in a colander and let it drip dry for a moment.
  5. 5. Grate the Parmesan cheese finely.
  6. 6. Mix the warm pasta thoroughly in a bowl with the grated Parmesan, olive oil, and your spices.
  7. 7. Place the seasoned pasta on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  8. 8. Spread the pasta out so that they do not touch each other as much as possible.
  9. 9. Bake the pasta chips for about 25 minutes in the oven until they are crispy.
  10. 10. Let the chips cool down briefly before serving them.
