🥤 Delicious Passion Fruit Gin Mule Cocktail

Ingredients
- sugar 50 g
- water 50 ml
- passion fruit 1 pcs
- organic limes 1 pcs
- mint, fresh 2 g
- ice cubes 4 tbsp
- gin 50 ml
- tonic water, ginger beer 200 ml
Instructions
- 1. Put sugar and water into a small saucepan.
- 2. Heat the mixture on medium heat.
- 3. Let the syrup simmer gently for about 2 minutes.
- 4. Pour the finished sugar syrup into a bottle.
- 5. Cut a passion fruit in half.
- 6. Scoop out the pulp from one of the halves.
- 7. Cut a lime in half.
- 8. Squeeze the juice out of the lime.
- 9. Wash a few mint leaves.
- 10. Shake the mint dry.
- 11. Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
- 12. Pour 5 cl of gin into the shaker.
- 13. Add a shot (2 cl) of lime juice.
- 14. Add half a shot (1 cl) of the sugar syrup.
- 15. Add the passion fruit pulp to the shaker.
- 16. Shake the mixture vigorously.
- 17. Fill a drinking glass with fresh ice cubes.
- 18. Strain the contents of the shaker into the glass.
- 19. Top up the drink with Tonic Gingerbeer.
- 20. Garnish the cocktail with mint and the remaining passion fruit.
- 21. Serve the drink immediately.
