Ingredients
- Parmesan 100 g
- Raspberries, fresh 50 g
- Salad mix 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
- 2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 3. Take the coarsely grated Parmesan.
- 4. Distribute the cheese into six round circles on the tray.
- 5. Make sure each circle has a diameter of about 10 centimeters.
- 6. Place the tray in the preheated oven.
- 7. Bake the cheese until it is melted and golden yellow.
- 8. Get six small bowls ready.
- 9. Turn the bowls upside down.
- 10. Take the hot Parmesan discs out of the oven.
- 11. Carefully place the warm cheese circles over the upside-down bowls.
- 12. Let the nests cool down until they are firm.
- 13. Carefully release the finished nests from the bowls.
- 14. Fill the baskets according to your taste.
- 15. Raspberries, fresh salad, or cherry tomatoes fit well.
- 16. Enjoy your meal!
- 17. Tip: Use bowls of different sizes for Parmesan flowers.
- 18. Place the small nests inside the large ones.
