🍽️ Oven Chicken with Peppers and Onions

Ingredients
- garlic cloves 2 pcs.
- onions, red 4 pcs.
- peppers, red 2 pcs.
- peppers, yellow 2 pcs.
- thyme, fresh 5 g
- chicken breast fillets 600 g
- olive oil 6 tbsp
- paprika, sweet 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- white wine, dry 100 ml
- baguette 1 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely.
- 3. Cut the onions in half and peel them.
- 4. Divide each onion half into eight pieces.
- 5. Wash the peppers and cut them into quarters.
- 6. Remove the stems and seeds from the pepper quarters.
- 7. Wash the thyme and let it drain well.
- 8. Wash the chicken and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
- 9. Put the olive oil, garlic, paprika powder, salt, and pepper into a bowl.
- 10. Stir the ingredients for the marinade well.
- 11. Place the chicken, peppers, and onions into the marinade.
- 12. Turn the meat and vegetables until everything is well coated.
- 13. Put everything together with the marinade into a baking dish.
- 14. Sprinkle the thyme over the dish.
- 15. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
- 16. Deglaze the dish with wine.
- 17. Put the dish back in the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
- 18. Take the baking dish out of the oven.
- 19. Distribute the chicken and vegetables onto plates.
- 20. Serve the dish with baguette.
