  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with fan.
  2. 2. Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely.
  3. 3. Cut the onions in half and peel them.
  4. 4. Divide each onion half into eight pieces.
  5. 5. Wash the peppers and cut them into quarters.
  6. 6. Remove the stems and seeds from the pepper quarters.
  7. 7. Wash the thyme and let it drain well.
  8. 8. Wash the chicken and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  9. 9. Put the olive oil, garlic, paprika powder, salt, and pepper into a bowl.
  10. 10. Stir the ingredients for the marinade well.
  11. 11. Place the chicken, peppers, and onions into the marinade.
  12. 12. Turn the meat and vegetables until everything is well coated.
  13. 13. Put everything together with the marinade into a baking dish.
  14. 14. Sprinkle the thyme over the dish.
  15. 15. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  16. 16. Deglaze the dish with wine.
  17. 17. Put the dish back in the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
  18. 18. Take the baking dish out of the oven.
  19. 19. Distribute the chicken and vegetables onto plates.
  20. 20. Serve the dish with baguette.
