🍽️ Paprika Sausages Wrapped in Bacon

Ingredients
- chili pepper Mix 4 pcs
- Shallots 1 pc
- Cream cheese, plain 200 g
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, mixed pinch
- Paprika, sweet 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Mini roast sausages 12 pcs
- Bacon 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the peppers thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the peppers into three long pieces.
- 3. Remove the seeds from the pepper pieces.
- 4. Halve the shallot.
- 5. Peel the shallot.
- 6. Dice the shallot into fine cubes.
- 7. Put the cream cheese into a bowl.
- 8. Add the shallot cubes to the cream cheese.
- 9. Season the mixture with salt.
- 10. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 11. Season the mixture with paprika seasoning.
- 12. Mix the ingredients in the bowl.
- 13. Take about one heaped teaspoon of the mixture.
- 14. Fill the mixture into a pepper piece.
- 15. Repeat this for all pepper pieces.
- 16. Put oil into a frying pan.
- 17. Heat the oil to a high temperature.
- 18. Fry the sausages in the pan.
- 19. Fry the sausages for about 4 to 6 minutes.
- 20. Fry the sausages on all sides.
- 21. Let the sausages cool down briefly.
- 22. Place a sausage into a filled pepper piece.
- 23. Wrap a piece of bacon around the sausage.
- 24. Repeat this for all sausages.
- 25. Preheat the grill.
- 26. Place the sausages on the hot grill.
- 27. Fry the sausages all around.
- 28. Fry the sausages for about 6 minutes.
- 29. Take the sausages off the grill.
- 30. Enjoy your meal!
