  1. 1. Wash the parsley and shake it dry. Pluck the leaves from the stems. Chop the parsley in the mixing container with the measuring cup inserted for 8 seconds at speed 6. Transfer the parsley and rinse the mixing container.
  2. 2. Peel the onion and halve it. Chop it in the mixing container with the measuring cup inserted using the Turbo button for 1 second. Push the onion pieces down the inner wall with a spatula. Add soft butter and sauté the onions without the measuring cup using the sauté function for 2 minutes at 110 degrees.
  3. 3. Quarter the bell pepper, remove the core, and wash it inside and out. Cut it into 0.5 cm wide strips without the stem base. Pat the chicken breast fillets dry and cut them into 1.5 cm wide strips.
  4. 4. Mix the chicken strips in a bowl with 2 teaspoons of sweet paprika powder, ½ teaspoon of salt, and ¼ teaspoon of pepper. Distribute the chicken strips and pepper strips in the deep steam cooking insert and the shallow steam cooking insert.
  5. 5. Hang the cooking insert into the mixing container and fill it with rice. Pour hot vegetable broth over the rice into the mixing container. Hang the shallow steam cooking insert into the deep steam cooking insert. Place the steam cooking insert on the mixing container, close it, and cook it using the steam cooking function for 10 minutes. Remove the steam cooking insert while closed, take out the cooking insert, and set both aside.

Reduce the sauce without the measuring cup for 5 minutes at speed 3 and 130 degrees. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Stir in the spices with the measuring cup inserted for 10 seconds at speed 3.
