Ingredients
- Radishes 0.5 bunch
- Chives, fresh 10 g
- Cream cheese, grainy 300 g
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Peppers, red 4 pcs.
- Rye bread 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. Wash the radishes thoroughly, trim the ends, quarter them, and cut into thin triangles. Wash the chives, pat dry, and cut into fine rings. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese well with the radishes, chives, salt, and pepper, and season to taste.
- 2. Wash the peppers, cut them in half through the middle, and remove the seeds. Fill the pepper halves with the cream cheese dip and serve with bread. Enjoy your meal!
