🍕 Paprika-Leek-Pizza with Olives

Ingredients
- Leek 1 pc.
- Pepper, red 1 pc.
- Olives, black 50 g
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Ham cubes 125 g
- Gouda, grated 200 g
- Eggs 4 pc.
- Creme fraiche 200 g
- Milk 50 ml
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Nutmeg, ground pinch
- Pizza dough with tomato sauce 2 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Cut the leek in half lengthwise.
- 3. Remove the hard root ends from the leek.
- 4. Cut the leek into thin strips.
- 5. Rinse the leek strips in a sieve.
- 6. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
- 7. Halve the bell peppers.
- 8. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell peppers.
- 9. Dice the bell peppers into small pieces.
- 10. Drain the olives.
- 11. Slice the olives into rings.
- 12. Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 13. Sauté the leek and bell peppers for about 3 minutes.
- 14. Transfer the sautéed vegetables into a bowl.
- 15. Add the olives, diced ham, cheese, eggs, crème fraîche, and milk.
- 16. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- 17. Roll out the pizza doughs on two baking sheets lined with baking paper.
- 18. Distribute the vegetable-egg mixture evenly over the doughs.
- 19. Place the baking sheets in the lower and middle sections of the oven.
- 20. Bake the pizzas for about 14 to 16 minutes.
- 21. Swap the positions of the baking sheets after about 7 minutes.
- 22. Remove the finished pizzas from the oven.
- 23. Cut the pizzas into portions.
- 24. Serve the pizzas immediately.
