  2. 2. Cut the peppers in half lengthwise.
  3. 3. Remove the stems and seeds from the pepper halves.
  4. 4. Clean the celery stalks.
  5. 5. Cut off the root ends from the celery.
  6. 6. Halve the kiwis.
  7. 7. Scoop the kiwi flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
  8. 8. Cut the onions in half.
  9. 9. Peel the skin off the onions.
  10. 10. Dice all prepared ingredients into small, even pieces.
  11. 11. Warm the vinegar in a pot over medium heat.
  12. 12. Add the diced ingredients to the pot.
  13. 13. Season the mixture with salt.
  14. 14. Season the mixture with pepper.
  15. 15. Season the mixture with sugar.
  16. 16. Simmer the relish covered on low heat for about 40 minutes.
  17. 17. Rinse the jars (250 ml) with hot water.
  18. 18. Dry the jars thoroughly.
  19. 19. Fill the hot relish into the jars up to the rim.
  20. 20. Seal the jars tightly.
  21. 21. Let the jars cool down.
