  1. 1. Wash the paprika thoroughly under running water.
  2. 2. Halve the paprika and remove the stem and seeds.
  3. 3. Cut the deseeded paprika into large chunks.
  4. 4. Halve the onion and remove the outer skin.
  5. 5. Peel the garlic clove.
  6. 6. Place the paprika chunks, onion halves, and garlic into the mixing container.
  7. 7. Chop the vegetables for 2 seconds on the highest speed (Turbo).
  8. 8. Add the feta cheese to the mixed vegetable mixture.
  9. 9. Crush the feta for another 2 seconds on the highest speed (Turbo).
  10. 10. Use a spatula to push the sticky mixture down from the sides.
  11. 11. Add the cream cheese mixture to the mixing container.
  12. 12. Season the dip with salt and black pepper to taste.
  13. 13. Add some paprika powder.
  14. 14. Mix all ingredients for 20 seconds on speed 2.
  15. 15. Taste the dip and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
  16. 16. Transfer the finished dip into a serving bowl.
  17. 17. Store the dip in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve it.
