🍽️ Grill Dip with Paprika and Feta

Ingredients
- peppers, red 1 pc.
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- feta 200 g
- cream cheese, plain 150 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- paprika, sweet 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the paprika thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Halve the paprika and remove the stem and seeds.
- 3. Cut the deseeded paprika into large chunks.
- 4. Halve the onion and remove the outer skin.
- 5. Peel the garlic clove.
- 6. Place the paprika chunks, onion halves, and garlic into the mixing container.
- 7. Chop the vegetables for 2 seconds on the highest speed (Turbo).
- 8. Add the feta cheese to the mixed vegetable mixture.
- 9. Crush the feta for another 2 seconds on the highest speed (Turbo).
- 10. Use a spatula to push the sticky mixture down from the sides.
- 11. Add the cream cheese mixture to the mixing container.
- 12. Season the dip with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 13. Add some paprika powder.
- 14. Mix all ingredients for 20 seconds on speed 2.
- 15. Taste the dip and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
- 16. Transfer the finished dip into a serving bowl.
- 17. Store the dip in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve it.
