Ingredients
- pepper, red 1 pc.
- olives, green 100 g
- feta 250 g
- yogurt, plain 150 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- pepper, sweet pinch
- sugar pinch
- flatbread 1 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Wash the pepper thoroughly, cut it in half, remove the core and seeds, and cut into small cubes. Drain the olives and chop them finely as well.
- 2. Crumble the feta in a bowl and mix with the pepper cubes, chopped olives, and yogurt. Season with salt, pepper, pepper, and sugar, and taste well. Serve with flatbread. Enjoy your meal!
