🍳 Roasted Paprika Feta Dip

Ingredients
- pepper, red 2 pcs
- oil 2 tbsp
- feta 100 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- garlic, granulated 0.25 tsp
- parsley, fresh 10 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the paprika thoroughly.
- 2. Poke the paprika in several places with a fork or knife.
- 3. Heat a pan on the highest setting.
- 4. Brush the paprika with oil.
- 5. Grill the paprika in the pan on all sides for about 4 minutes.
- 6. Place the paprika in a bowl.
- 7. Cover the bowl with a plate.
- 8. Let the paprika cool down.
- 9. Crumble the feta roughly into a tall container.
- 10. Take the cooled paprika out of the bowl.
- 11. Add the drained liquid to the feta.
- 12. Halve the paprika.
- 13. Remove the stem and seeds.
- 14. Peel the skin off the paprika with a knife.
- 15. Cut the paprika flesh into large cubes.
- 16. Add the paprika cubes to the feta.
- 17. Puree the mixture until smooth.
- 18. Season the spread with salt.
- 19. Season the spread with pepper.
- 20. Season the spread with garlic.
- 21. Wash the parsley.
- 22. Shake the parsley dry.
- 23. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 24. Chop the parsley leaves.
- 25. Place the spread in a small bowl.
- 26. Sprinkle the spread with the parsley.
- 27. Serve the spread.
