Ingredients
- butter 250 g
- sugar 250 g
- vanilla sugar 2 tsp
- eggs 6 pcs
- wheat flour, type 405 400 g
- salt pinch
- baking powder 2 tsp
- milk 100 ml
- food coloring, red 1 tsp
- food coloring, yellow 1 tsp
- food coloring, blue 1 tsp
- lemons 1 pcs
- powdered sugar 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (convection). In a mixing bowl, beat the soft butter with a hand mixer until fluffy. Gradually add the sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs, and mix everything well until a creamy consistency forms.
- 2. Add the flour, salt, baking powder, and milk to the bowl and mix until the dough is smooth. Divide the dough evenly into three bowls and color each with a different food coloring.
- 3. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Place the colorful dough in spoonfuls on the sheet. Smooth the surface slightly and bake the cake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
- 4. While the cake is baking, halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice. In a bowl, mix the powdered sugar with 5 tbsp lemon juice.
- 5. Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool for a short while. Spread the icing evenly over the cake and decorate with sugar pearls or sprinkles if desired. Enjoy your meal!
