- Sweet potatoes 2 pcs
- Salt pinch
- Eggs 2 pcs
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the sweet potatoes and grate them coarsely. In a bowl, mix the grated sweet potatoes with a pinch of salt and the eggs.
- 2. Preheat the waffle iron and lightly grease it. Spoon a ladleful of the batter into the iron and bake the waffles for about 2 minutes until golden brown. Serve the Paleo sweet potato waffles warm. Enjoy your meal!
