  3. 3. Place the banana chunks, blueberries, almond drink, and honey into a tall container.
  4. 4. Blend the ingredients until you have a creamy mixture.
  5. 5. Stir the chia seeds into the mixture.
  6. 6. Let the chia seeds swell for about 15 minutes.
  7. 7. Wash the apples thoroughly.
  8. 8. Halve the apples and remove the core.
  9. 9. Cut the apple halves into thin strips.
  10. 10. Heat a non-stick pan without fat on high heat.
  11. 11. Roast the nuts in the hot pan for about 2 minutes.
  12. 12. Let the roasted nuts cool down.
  13. 13. Chop the cooled nuts coarsely.
  14. 14. Distribute the fruit puree evenly among several bowls.
  15. 15. Decorate the bowls with the apple slices, raspberries, and chopped hazelnuts.
