🍳 Paleo Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients
- bananas 2 pcs.
- blueberries, fresh 200 g
- almond drink 200 ml
- honey 1 tbsp.
- chia seeds 4 tbsp.
- apples, green 2 pcs.
- raspberries, fresh 200 g
- whole hazelnuts 4 tbsp.
Instructions
- 1. Peel the bananas and cut them into large chunks.
- 2. Thoroughly wash the blueberries and let them drain.
- 3. Place the banana chunks, blueberries, almond drink, and honey into a tall container.
- 4. Blend the ingredients until you have a creamy mixture.
- 5. Stir the chia seeds into the mixture.
- 6. Let the chia seeds swell for about 15 minutes.
- 7. Wash the apples thoroughly.
- 8. Halve the apples and remove the core.
- 9. Cut the apple halves into thin strips.
- 10. Heat a non-stick pan without fat on high heat.
- 11. Roast the nuts in the hot pan for about 2 minutes.
- 12. Let the roasted nuts cool down.
- 13. Chop the cooled nuts coarsely.
- 14. Distribute the fruit puree evenly among several bowls.
- 15. Decorate the bowls with the apple slices, raspberries, and chopped hazelnuts.
