🍰 Paleo Almond Banana Loaf

Ingredients
- Bananas 4 pcs
- Eggs 3 pcs
- Almond drink 40 ml
- Honey 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Almonds, ground 260 g
- Salt pinch
- Cinnamon 0.5 tsp
- Baking powder 2 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Peel three bananas and mash them thoroughly in a large bowl using a fork.
- 3. Slice the remaining banana into rounds and set them aside.
- 4. Add the eggs, almond milk, honey, and oil to the mashed banana mixture.
- 5. Stir the wet ingredients well until they are combined.
- 6. Add the 250 grams of ground almonds, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder.
- 7. Mix everything into a smooth batter until no lumps remain.
- 8. Grease a loaf pan with some fat.
- 9. Sprinkle the remaining ground almonds into the pan to prevent sticking.
- 10. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- 11. Place the banana slices evenly on top of the batter.
- 12. Bake the bread for about 60 minutes in the oven.
- 13. Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool down slightly.
