  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Peel three bananas and mash them thoroughly in a large bowl using a fork.
  3. 3. Slice the remaining banana into rounds and set them aside.
  4. 4. Add the eggs, almond milk, honey, and oil to the mashed banana mixture.
  5. 5. Stir the wet ingredients well until they are combined.
  6. 6. Add the 250 grams of ground almonds, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder.
  7. 7. Mix everything into a smooth batter until no lumps remain.
  8. 8. Grease a loaf pan with some fat.
  9. 9. Sprinkle the remaining ground almonds into the pan to prevent sticking.
  10. 10. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  11. 11. Place the banana slices evenly on top of the batter.
  12. 12. Bake the bread for about 60 minutes in the oven.
  13. 13. Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool down slightly.
