  2. 2. Mash the bananas thoroughly into a smooth puree using a fork.
  3. 3. Add ground almonds, eggs, honey, and a pinch of cinnamon to the banana mixture.
  4. 4. Mix all ingredients well until a uniform batter forms.
  5. 5. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  6. 6. Pour a ladle of batter into the hot pan.
  7. 7. Tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly.
  8. 8. Cook the pancake for about 2 minutes until it is golden brown.
  9. 9. Carefully flip the pancake once it starts to lift from the bottom.
  10. 10. Cook the other side for another minute until golden brown.
  11. 11. Remove the finished pancake from the pan.
  12. 12. Repeat the process until all the batter is used up.
