🍰 Fluffy Paleo Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
- Bananas 2 pcs
- Almonds, ground 400 g
- Eggs 6 pcs
- Honey 2 tsp
- Cinnamon pinch
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the bananas and place them in a bowl.
- 2. Mash the bananas thoroughly into a smooth puree using a fork.
- 3. Add ground almonds, eggs, honey, and a pinch of cinnamon to the banana mixture.
- 4. Mix all ingredients well until a uniform batter forms.
- 5. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- 6. Pour a ladle of batter into the hot pan.
- 7. Tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly.
- 8. Cook the pancake for about 2 minutes until it is golden brown.
- 9. Carefully flip the pancake once it starts to lift from the bottom.
- 10. Cook the other side for another minute until golden brown.
- 11. Remove the finished pancake from the pan.
- 12. Repeat the process until all the batter is used up.
