  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and peel them.
  3. 3. Cut the potatoes into sticks about one centimeter thick.
  4. 4. Toss the potato sticks with three tablespoons of oil on a baking sheet.
  5. 5. Spread the potatoes out evenly on the tray.
  6. 6. Bake the fries for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. 7. Turn the fries over several times during the baking process.
  8. 8. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  9. 9. Mix the minced meat in a bowl with the garlic, salt, and pepper.
  10. 10. Divide the meat mixture into four equal portions.
  11. 11. Shape the portions into flat burger patties.
  12. 12. Wash the orange and grate about one teaspoon of zest.
  13. 13. Cut the orange in half and squeeze out the juice.
  14. 14. Whisk mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup together in a separate bowl.
  15. 15. Add the orange zest, salt, and pepper to the sauce and mix well.
  16. 16. Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan over high heat.
  17. 17. Fry the patties for about eight minutes, turning them on all sides.
  18. 18. Halve the onion, peel it, and slice it into thin rings.

  24. 24. Spread some of the seasoned mayonnaise on the inside of the buns.
  25. 25. Place the patties on the bottom halves of the buns.
  26. 26. Distribute the onion rings and cucumber slices over the patties.
  27. 27. Place the seasoned fries on top of the filling.
  28. 28. Drizzle the remaining mayonnaise over the fries.
  29. 29. Close the burgers with the top halves of the buns.
