🍽️ Crispy Fries Baguettes with Homemade Burger Patties

Ingredients
- potatoes, mainly waxy 800 g
- sunflower oil 4 tbsp
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- pork mince 400 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- oranges 1 pc.
- mayonnaise 100 g
- mustard 2 tbsp
- ketchup 2 tbsp
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- pickles 4 pc.
- paprika, sweet pinch
- baguette 1 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
- 2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and peel them.
- 3. Cut the potatoes into sticks about one centimeter thick.
- 4. Toss the potato sticks with three tablespoons of oil on a baking sheet.
- 5. Spread the potatoes out evenly on the tray.
- 6. Bake the fries for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
- 7. Turn the fries over several times during the baking process.
- 8. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 9. Mix the minced meat in a bowl with the garlic, salt, and pepper.
- 10. Divide the meat mixture into four equal portions.
- 11. Shape the portions into flat burger patties.
- 12. Wash the orange and grate about one teaspoon of zest.
- 13. Cut the orange in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 14. Whisk mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup together in a separate bowl.
- 15. Add the orange zest, salt, and pepper to the sauce and mix well.
- 16. Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan over high heat.
- 17. Fry the patties for about eight minutes, turning them on all sides.
- 18. Halve the onion, peel it, and slice it into thin rings.
- 19. Slice the cucumbers into rounds.
- 20. Take the fries out of the oven.
- 21. Season the fries now with salt and paprika powder.
- 22. Cut the baguette into four pieces.
- 23. Slice the baguette pieces lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
- 24. Spread some of the seasoned mayonnaise on the inside of the buns.
- 25. Place the patties on the bottom halves of the buns.
- 26. Distribute the onion rings and cucumber slices over the patties.
- 27. Place the seasoned fries on top of the filling.
- 28. Drizzle the remaining mayonnaise over the fries.
- 29. Close the burgers with the top halves of the buns.
