  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Take the puff pastry out of the packaging and roll it out flat.
  3. 3. Cut the dough into four equal, long strips.
  4. 4. Break the chocolate bars into eight small pieces.
  5. 5. Take one dough strip and place one piece of chocolate on each of the short ends.
  6. 6. Make sure to leave about one centimeter of space from the edge.
  7. 7. Fold the two long dough edges over the chocolate.
  8. 8. Roll the dough in from both sides towards the center.
  9. 9. Press the ends slightly to keep the chocolate inside.
  10. 10. Repeat this process with the remaining three dough strips.
  11. 11. Place the finished pastries on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  12. 12. Ensure that the seam (the split) is facing downwards.
  13. 13. Brush the tops of the pastries with vanilla soy yogurt.
  14. 14. Bake the pastries for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  15. 15. Let the pain au chocolat cool down briefly on the tray.
  16. 16. Serve the pastries warm and enjoy!
