  2. 2. Pull the needles off the rosemary stems and chop them finely.
  3. 3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Toast the rustic bread slices in the pan for about two minutes on each side.
  5. 5. Rub one side of each bread slice with half a clove of garlic.
  6. 6. Halve the vine tomatoes.
  7. 7. Rub the cut surfaces of the tomatoes firmly over the toasted bread slices.
  8. 8. Season the bread with sea salt and pepper.
  9. 9. Drizzle some olive oil over the bread slices.
  10. 10. Sprinkle the chopped rosemary over the bread and serve.
