🍳 Overnight oats with roasted hazelnuts and pear

Ingredients
- pears 2 pcs.
- oats, fine 160 g
- chia seeds 2 tbsp
- cinnamon 2 tsp
- oat drink 400 ml
- hazelnut kernels, whole 160 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the pears thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the pears in half.
- 3. Remove the core from the pear halves.
- 4. Grate the fruit flesh of the pears finely.
- 5. Take a large bowl.
- 6. Add the grated pears to the bowl.
- 7. Add the rolled oats.
- 8. Add the chia seeds.
- 9. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the mixture.
- 10. Pour in the oat drink.
- 11. Stir all ingredients in the bowl well.
- 12. Cover the bowl.
- 13. Place the bowl in the refrigerator overnight.
- 14. Preheat a pan over medium heat.
- 15. Add the hazelnuts to the hot pan.
- 16. Roast the nuts for about five minutes.
- 17. Turn the nuts frequently so they brown evenly.
- 18. Remove the roasted hazelnuts from the pan.
- 19. Chop the hazelnuts coarsely with a knife.
- 20. Take the bowl with the oats out of the refrigerator.
- 21. Divide the oat mixture onto individual plates or bowls.
- 22. Sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts over the portions.
- 23. Serve the breakfast immediately.
