🥤 Refreshing Ouzo Spritz

Ingredients
- lemons 1 pc.
- ice cubes 4 tbsp.
- ouzo 20 ml
- mineral water, classic 150 ml
Instructions
- 1. Cut the lemon in half.
- 2. Squeeze the juice from the lemon halves.
- 3. Fill a shaker (a container for mixing drinks) with ice cubes.
- 4. Pour the ouzo and three tablespoons of the lemon juice into the shaker.
- 5. Shake the mixture vigorously until it is well chilled.
- 6. Fill a drinking glass with fresh ice cubes.
- 7. Strain the ouzo mixture through a sieve into the glass.
- 8. Top up the drink with mineral water.
- 9. Serve the ouzo spritz immediately and cheers!
