🍰 Spring Muffins with Chocolate Eggs

Ingredients
- butter 150 g
- sugar 150 g
- vanilla sugar 8 g
- salt pinch
- eggs 2 pcs
- wheat flour, type 405 250 g
- baking powder 2 tsp
- milk 150 ml
- powdered sugar 100 g
- chocolate eggs 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Take a large bowl and add the soft butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, and the eggs.
- 3. Mix the ingredients with a hand mixer until the mixture is creamy and uniform.
- 4. Add the flour and baking powder to the bowl.
- 5. Stir the dry ingredients in quickly to distribute them.
- 6. Pour in the milk and continue stirring until you have a smooth batter.
- 7. Prepare a muffin tin by greasing the cups or lining them with paper cases.
- 8. Distribute the batter evenly among the prepared cups.
- 9. Place the tin in the oven and bake the muffins for about 20 to 25 minutes.
- 10. Remove the muffins from the oven when they are golden brown.
- 11. Carefully loosen the muffins from the tin.
- 12. Place them on a wire rack and let them cool completely.
- 13. Mix powdered sugar with a little water in a small bowl until a smooth glaze forms.
- 14. Halve the chocolate eggs in the middle.
- 15. Brush the cooled muffins thinly with the glaze.
- 16. Place two to three halves of the chocolate eggs on each muffin as decoration.
